Education

This phase deals with issues designed to show employees and management what STRATACT BDM is and how it can help the company. It is designed to break down natural protectionist instincts and to develop buy-in from stakeholders.

Information Gathering and Communication

To the STRATACT BDM process, information is power.

We will show 'WHAT' information is important, like potential procurements and investments in target markets, and then ensure that appropriate information bridges exist within the company to collect information. We will help identify potential partner relationships.

Implementation and Execution

Information must be incorporated properly into the bid process, and those in a position of authority within the target market must be made to understand the benefits related to your company's bid and their jurisdiction.

Relationships with outside parties must be properly executed and activities coordinated.
